Customer service is very professional and respectful. Regardless of the different advisers, they follow your file and help you as well as possible. The same goes for technicians. They have been doing the annual maintenance of my boiler for years and no problems, always professional and respectful. I highly recommend their services!

I find this company available and at your disposal, but on the estimate € 5.45 for COVID-19 sanitary equipment exaggerated. The technician was very meticulous in his work, informing you of what he is going to do, shows you why the part no longer works, leaves the place clean, therefore very satisfied.

Fast and effective. Hot water and heating again available with the month of September getting colder. It would have been complicated with my 13 month old baby at home. 1 week in hand between the declaration and the resolution. EFFICIENT
