Professional technicians with a sense of customer service. No problem at this level. For all my apartments I have taken out my maintenance contracts with you, but I totally deplore one of your reception agents who on the phone uses an aggressive tone or raises her tone ... and this on several occasions. When you point it out ... it's WORSE! Not at all pleasant to endure the moods out we pay a service.

Boiler failure in March, replacement of the safety box. (300 € each) (With a quote received during installation but in short, without heating and hot water, we still accept the installation ...) New blackout at the end of November. Quick intervention, apparently it was only the ionization probe to clean. Another failure 1 week later. During the intervention we (still) report pressure problems to constantly adjust (every day). But apparently it would still be the safety deposit box - yes the one changed in March !! I answer the technician that in any case, it is still under warranty: "ah no no there is no guarantee on that, you have to buy it back". We are still in the European Union, there are laws, and a safety deposit box is not just a wear part, so I maintain that we want to invoke a guarantee. With these words the technician leaves without leaving us an intervention report "if you know better than me, ... You will see with the secretary" So we see with the secretariat (by the way, the secretariat has always been irreproachable) which in the end after investigation tells us that there is indeed a guarantee, but that it is the manufacturer who must accept it or not, and that in all cases we have to buy a new part. So 300 € of part to release like that while we are under warranty. Big joke. Except that since the boiler has restarted. That the safety deposit box is going very well, it just played its part. If the technician had had a minimum of savvy, he would have tilted when we told him several times that we must top up water to maintain the pressure constantly ... But here is an expansion vessel at 50 € that must certainly make less headroom than an unnecessarily changed safety deposit box (so what was the scam? Re-invoice ours to someone else? You wonder ...) Anyway, goodbye Simian, the interview at your house is over.
