On August 19, we came to buy an emergency dishwasher because ours failed us. We met a very friendly, available salesperson who gave us several quotes because we found a nice sofa too. We have seen several models of dishwasher, several models that we would have liked were unavailable immediately, it took 3 weeks. Given the urgency, we take one that is available immediately. Arrived at home, it does not work ... We ask for an exchange or refund and the answer is that a technician will contact me to give me an intervention date. I have been certified that the intervention is rapid. Indeed, I was contacted again to tell me that the first possible intervention date is September 9, or another 15 days, for a dishwasher bought in emergency. Impossible to make myself heard. I just want at least an exchange for a machine that works immediately or a refund ....
