Pavisol is the only company to have moved at 7 pm to make an estimate, the other companies have not moved or have made estimates without having seen our fireplace. After acceptance of the quote from us we had the installation of our insert 1 month later which is very fast compared to the time announced by others. the workers who did the laying were very friendly and did a serious job despite some complications due to the configuration of our fireplace. I highly recommend.

I put a star not for the quality of their stove but for the after-sales service, for a non-compliant break !!!! I have 3 children it is unacceptable to put their lives in danger for a check. A tip made your insurer the day of the pose because for my case he came after and he could see that the break was not at all compliant now when we call they are always busy or absent! Go your way
