For a start the relations were good with the owner of the agency, normal I am client. We visited a property, I made an offer and it was too paltry for his taste. In short, I pass details, the guy because he does not agree with me on points, turns his back and even refuses by his behavior to have a potential client. If that's what being a trader is, I didn't understand anything. I will not say to flee, at the risk of being naughty with someone who at bottom can be nice, however a client remains a client we put him in confidence, we show him respect! That said, good luck!

The owner of the agency takes the time to write a response without responding to an email. We really see the professionalism (laughs). At the risk of reminding him of the law, he is obliged to send offers even if it seems ridiculous to him, that's the law but not just me, but hey, since he is the best seller of pithiviers with his dear intern, I'm not teaching him anything. Then, as this dear head of agency is quite transparent, which is very good indeed. This house was sold for more than 200,000 euros and a few months later is put at 128,000 e. Who is a carpet dealer? If this house was such a good deal at this price, I think this one would have already sold, it seems to me it has been trying to sell for 2 years. In addition, I encrypted my work from a work file! In any case, this mr lets his emotions pass, by doing my little research on him, I don't think I'm completely off the mark! A good hearer! Finally, he would be such a good seller, he wouldn't have only 3 and a few in google reviews. I WOULD LIKE TO TALK ABOUT THIS KIND OF PRACTICE.
