Fortunately, a certain real estate agent was there to raise the level of the agency because leaving a client unanswered and being haughty, in particular the reception manager who allows himself to snub the client is highly unprofessional. I advise against this agency where the maturity of the majority of the staff is very lacking!

Always very well received and very good information, very responsive agency.
Our advisor, Mrs. Séverine VINNOUVEAU, very professional and dynamic.
Good availability, good knowledge of the property in terms of its environment, its structures and its equipment.
Beware of futile appraisals of real estate and out of all proportion to actual appraisals of the market. We were undervalued by over 30% or 1/3 of its value, which is huge. Imagine a property that is really worth on the market 300,000 €, we estimate it for you 200,000 € or 100,000 € lost for the seller !!! Fortunately, we did not give a mandate to this agency, because it was sold at its real value (30% more than the Century estimate !!). To convince you, we argue that the market is bearish! The agency's objective is absolutely not in the seller's interest, but first to enter a maximum of mandate and that they stay the least time in the agency thanks to very attractive prices for buyers! Not professional and not honest!
