The quality of the agency's service varies greatly depending on the manager The recent restructuring of the agencies with the disappearance of the reception of the customer replaced (some times) by a coffee machine leaves one dreaming. No reception, staff often unpleasant, we have the impression of coming to disturb them, everything is done to dissuade clients from coming to the agency

After many years in the general society, I left to see the competition which offered me a better rate of loan with conditions much more interesting. I can not find the quality of services that I once knew in this agency, it's a shame!
