A very comfortable hotel, located right in the town centre. The rooms are nice and it has also got a small pool & a jacuzzi The staff super helpful. Breakfast very good.

Very nice place! There is no 5 star hotel in Tours but this is not far from it in terms of experience. The reception service is really 5 star, very good and correct, though only one person working at the desk so might be a waiting time if there is a lot of people at the same time, but that wasn't the case for us. The maids are truly nice and speak English which is very unusual! We stayed in an executive room that we really liked and the only improvements I can think of is that there is no minibar the room and no proper glasses for drinking other than plastic cups. Even if you don't plan to stay you should visit the place, it's really beautiful!

The location is perfect for this city, nice building and spotless renovated rooms, small swimming pool and whirlpool available at the ground floor, the restaurant is really good. I recommend this place and would definitely come back.

I absolutely loved the hotel. I fully appreciate how the resources in the room are re-usable (ex. the card for who cleaned the room, opportunity to re-use towels, etc.) The self-service vending machine was helpful to get refills of water. Last, the hammam and pool were a very much appreciated resource during the hot weather.

Pros (1) Located a few minutes walk from Gare de Tours and less than a ten minute walk from the areas filled with bars, cafes and restaurants. (2) Level of cleanliness equal to or exceeding that of multinational chains (3) Affordable yet very spacious rooms with thoughtfully planned layout, especially for travellers with longer itineraries (4) Fast and reliable internet plus espresso machine, doing work from room made easy (5) Powerful heating that warms the room very quickly (6) Enormous bed makes for a relaxing and abundant rest Cons (1) A lot of unused space; a proper desk would be well appreciated (2) The lift is a bit disconcerting as it jars to a stop each time Conclusion An ideal place to stay in Tours for those who want to enjoy the town while having a proper home base to return to and relax and/or work
