Phone reception passable but staff made little effort to understand my request: I wanted to borrow the keys of a church against a piece of identification to visit it, a very common practice which I have benefited more than 100 times in different regions. The person of the reception transmitted, without warning me, the communication to the technical service of which the only comment was: we do not do that!
