The staff do the job they are paid for, like all of us. The residents are not more pampered than elsewhere as mentioned in a notice. What bothers me is when the staff, who are also executives, allow themselves to publish a very subjective opinion here. There that poses a problem, especially on such a delicate subject. We are not on a commercial site.
