I was waiting for a package a little before the holidays, and it was refused by the merchant. The parcel is distributed to the sender. The worst being that the trader did not have the honesty to tell me that he had sent it back. He acted as if he had never received it while I showed him the delivery tracking showing that the package was marked as being delivered to his home. It was a customer who on hearing the conversation told me that he had been in the same case and that his package was returned by the merchant to the Post Office. Several months after a complaint, the Post Office confirmed that the parcel was refused and returned by the relay point. So to flee so far as parcels are concerned ...

To respond to the gentleman's message concerning the "chronopost" package (because I asked at the relay point), if we do not come to collect his package, it is delivered to the post next door OR the post can refuse to deliver here and keep the parcel (c la poste champs girauld, c not like this we had 50 boxes to do) No problem with my parcel which I recovered without problem !!

To flee. I do not recommend this trader at all. Unkind and unpleasant. I went there to exchange a box. I received the sms indicating that the parcel was in the relay point, I went there 1/2 hour later. I am told that the packages are not scanned that I must return in 5 min, I say I will wait there. The boss arrives, he tells me you are waiting for a package, I tell him yes, he tells me it's half an hour. I reply that I was told 5 min. After 5 min it says there is a return. Yes absolutely and the answer is you have to put it in a box, I tell it to put back in the box where there is the new box. Well no he never wanted to. I asked him if he had a box since it is a convenience store, he must have had it, he never wanted to give me one. I had to go to the butcher next door to ask for a box. The worst part is that the return label was stuck on the delivery box of the new box, it was very hard to remove it tore but as he did not want to know. I had never had a problem with the other relays, each time the old box was put back in the shipping carton because there is the return label on the same carton. I will never go back to this merchant !!!

The employees are friendlier than those at vival. I got my package back without a problem :)
