I knew ICV in the early days ’when the manager was Mr Bayard, I had always been very satisfied with their services and their professionalism. I have had recourse to the "new" team twice this year, there is a lack of seriousness, professionalism, follow-up and quality of service to make the overheating processors pale! A fortnight ago I went there following a motherboard problem, so I left my Central Unit there and I was told I will contact you again next week to give you the diagnosis. No news for 10 days I call ICV I am told I do not know etc he contacts you ... ok ... I am finally called back .. to tell me that during the tests to know the failure ... they have broken the heatsink fixings (CPU ventilations) ... and that I will be called back to give me the price that this repair will cost me ... although I have not even had the result of my first initial request ... heartbreaking!
