The shame when potential customers walk into a store with plans to buy a sofa is to witness a settling of scores between two salespeople who are obviously very angry with each other! Worse effect, that would have been hard to find ... Our sofa was ordered from a competitor of the brand in Chambray, where reception and customer service seem to be a little more the concern of salespeople. Nice strike!

Sofa ordered in January 2020 delivered in June 2020 (COVID period requires). Despite this, we had to deal with a very professional team, the agency director accompanied us from start to finish in our project, taking care to provide us with his expertise and sound advice. In addition, the approach is really based on listening without any pressure or insistence on his part, a really decisive aspect in our choice. I therefore strongly recommend this brand both for the quality of their products but also and above all for the relationship and responsiveness of its director.

Pleasant staff, wide choice of customizable sofas. However, I received my sofa 2 weeks ago and it does not fully meet our expectations. Indeed, it is in black leather and I had specified when ordering that I wanted gray contrast stitching. The seams are black! In addition, the leather wrinkles enormously. Sign of poor quality. The previous one was 12 years old, thicker leather and did not wrinkle. So we are disappointed even if the design suits us.
