B&B - Les Granges de l'Épan

We cannot wait to go back to Les Granges de l'Épan! My husband, my two sons (ages 4 and 7) and I had a fantastic stay, and Denis is the perfect host. He has redone the property with excellent taste, making it a beautiful, comfortable spot for families or couples/individuals, for short or long stays. We had the duplex which was ideal for our family; the boys loved having the whole upstairs floor to themselves with their own bathroom, three beds to choose from and plenty of room, and we adults loved having our own space with all the comforts. Denis is warm, welcoming, attentive and very knowledgeable about the area with great advice for travelers, and his meticulously prepared breakfast is unforgettable (fresh juice, best pastries/bread available, delicious coffee, tea, jam etc). It's great to be away from crowded tourist sites in a beautiful, spacious setting, a short drive from countless Loire Valley destinations. We cannot recommend it highly enough.

A nice address for visiting Tours and its region. Good geographical location. This charming guest room is kept with a lot of kindness and friendliness. The rooms are clean and breakfast is taken in the main outbuilding, an opportunity to meet people or chat with Denis the owner.

Excellent welcome from Denis, characterful house with lots of charm. The rooms are tastefully decorated. Hearty breakfast. I highly recommend this place to visit in particular the castles of the Loire.

Denis is a very friendly host, responsive to give information and advice when booking. Les Granges are very well placed near Tours, the furnishings are new and very comfortable. I recommend without reservation!
