Cinéma CGR Tours Centre

For a larger cinema it is quite cozy. The chairs are awesome, so that helps! Reasonably priced and you can even get VO if you prefer at certain times. Make sure to check out the French films though :) The commercials before the films are my only negative to this place, but I understand they can be needed to keep that place running.

It's in the city centre behind the train station. Slightly hidden though. The seats are comfortable, they give student discount (you have to bring student id) and the ambience is nice and modest. It is possible to find movie shows in English (Version original / VOST).
