Hello, I just received my inventory and I am more than disappointed with one item. I am charging 82 euros for a toilet seat and something else to get even more money ... We repainted the whole apartment knowing that we had to return the apartment 2 weeks after the leaving containment, we were not allowed to make a ready inventory. After informing ourselves as best we can about the agent's loan, we are told that there is no need to change the toilet seat and now we have to pay 82 euros ... if not put the knife under the throat of customers ... we made the apartment cleaner than the gold of the inventory of fixtures. then have 200 euros of deposit removed without even offering a solution. And like any real estate agency your "advisers" do not seek to understand or provide an answer to the question. I am still disappointed with your agency which favors taking a deposit than realizing customer relations and retaining customers. Remember that a tenant and a future owner.
