Hello. We have been a customer of the Tours center store for years. About six pairs of shoes a year. Shoe with a price but qualities. This is why we are waiting for the sales. We were a little surprised at the aggressive reaction of management when I pointed out a flaw in a shoe that I wanted to take. He abruptly took my shoe off and told me that we are not going to procrastinate and choose other shoes while completely ignoring each other. Too bad we will not be returning to this store. We went to Galeries Lafayette.

Very welcome in this store where shopping went very well. Even if I cannot yet speak of the quality of the shoe, I was delighted with the welcome given. I recommend.

Really lamentable welcome, not a trader at all, they should change jobs. My friend went on Friday to buy a pair of shoes and therefore chose a pair which unfortunately had a slight defect. She asked for a little extra gesture, they were already sold at 30%. Categorical refusal of the boss. The young seller offered to order this item on the net, there was only one left. And Sunday evening, she receives an email from the company which informs her that the item is out of stock and advises her to return to the store to get the refund and in addition a little surprise awaits her. She went there Monday at the end of the day, reimbursement obtained and the little surprise then ..... What a surprise !!!!! Nothing at all just the smile of the boss as she told us with an ironic tone. Store to avoid. To flee .

Disappointed by the quality of the shoes. This is the second pair whose sole comes off. Less good quality than most other shoes of equivalent price ...
