And there magic as we refused to pay an abusive invoice, the secretary does not answer any more correctly and we are going to be f .... Basically .. I call other technicians of the region in emergencies (because obviously I have a very young child who doesn't like negative temperatures), and that's when I understood after 3 technicians (one not being able to move quickly, another not making the fuel boiler and the 3 th who intervened) that the epn company is rather well known in the region, not for good reasons ... Anyway, the technician from another company intervened, to clean my boiler and change the nozzle and made settings correctly and not "on sight" and it's been 2 weeks that we are quiet, everything works correctly ... Like what being professional is not given to everyone 🙄, I can not even imagine the number of people who are ripped off on bad services, that said to believe other pro, it is very common.
