Sulpice Conseil

I am not at all satisfied with the quality of service from Cabinet Sulpice Conseil. While I asked for the liquidation of my company at the end of the fifth balance sheet, the filing of which was with the firm in July 2018, it took 6 months to wait for the procedure to be carried out on the side of the firm and following numerous reminders, the effective closing date was finally achieved in January 2020, 6 months after the closing request. Without any apology or explanation of why the delay was so long. For the closing, the firm invoices the taking over of the bankruptcy filing 1500 € HT with, supposedly, 300 € of fees for the firm and 1200 € of tax. After requesting all the supporting documents, I count a little more than 200 € for the closure with in particular the two legal deposits and the publication in the OJ, so there is a notable difference between the 300 euros of fees assumed and what 'it really is. Once again, despite my reminders, 0 explanation, no transparency. The last VAT return for the closing was not completed in time so I received a formal notice from public finances. Finally I must declare my income for the year 2019 with URSSAF, the cabinet must take care of transmitting me the figures, still no response from the cabinet. No transparency, no professionalism, I am really disappointed with this experience.
