Agency which unfortunately is not used for much, it closes at 12:30 p.m. I ring 100 years to be told that there is nothing they can do because it is 12:25 p.m. POOR.

A disaster this bank. Incapable more than 8 months to permanently close my accounts with them and 2 times I am told that everything is done and in reality nothing is done. To flee urgently. A shame and again I remain polite.

Bank to avoid !! Since the change of advised, nothing is ok: I had a fee of 60 € in August and I still do not know the reason, and today I had 2x8 € fee and more for "commission of intervention "while I have never asked anything ... in short, a bank not at all in the service of the customer, and who uses in your accounts ...
