I have been a loyal patient for 10 years with a fairly substantial monthly treatment (3000 € / month) at the beginning everything was fine. Pleasant, competent, smiling staff. But since the death of the boss (the son has taken over), it's been a disaster! Staff not smiling, not listening and disrespectful when yelling at you (phone)! We feel that we have to make a profit and charge the customer! It's a shame! I will never go back!
