Super quality seat. Very satisfied. At the end of 3 years we had a little problem with a part, after-sales service at the top, very good communication and excellent deadline :-)
One of the worst shopping experiences of my life.
Service supposed to be top of the range, the after-sales service, opens only a very short time by telephone, the answers by email are slow in coming and the worst is the delivery partner (gls), no communication, telephone does not work and unanswered mail.
It took 3 weeks to find out that gls is unable to deliver and ends up being paid off.
The site may be well rated, if you continue to work with gls, your rating will drop.
