We bought Aster shoes at € 89 for Louis who is 6 years old. After 3 weeks of use in alternation with another pair, they are perforated at the level of the tongue and the front (the sole is it intact which proves that it is not the wear related to the use that explains this state). We came to show this defect in the store, you approached the sales representative from Aster who kicked in, explaining that this condition was due to normal wear and tear of the shoes (you warned us that this was their usual response. ). Therefore, at 89 € for 3 weeks, it's a budget to buy children's shoes at home! What's even more damaging is that you had no understanding of our annoyance, insisting that if these 89 € kids shoes had a hole after 3 weeks, it was Louis's fault. (certainly he likes to run with his toes down, and he likes to rub the tongue with a knife, given the condition of the shoes). We were loyal customers, we wanted to support local businesses in this complicated time, but we will not be coming back.
