I "dared" to give my opinion on their Facebook page without particularly denigrating their work, but just by sharing my feelings. Result: my post was deleted immediately and I was blocked from all actions on their page ... So I will put it here! With my partner, we decided to travel to buy palm trees, cycads, bananas and other plants they offer. The photos were very enticing! But we realize that they are always the same ... arrived on site, there was almost nothing, and the little they offered were not great, very small or too expensive. We were very disappointed and left empty-handed. Here is my personal feedback. So I will not advise.

Queues all over the place. We get passed everywhere. After 50 minutes of waiting we finally arrive at the time of payment and the surprise !!! The cycad is billed at € 15 more (€ 45 instead of € 30). And the seller's argument is that the posters have been mixed up. What is necessary because the chosen product was the smallest and well grouped with the corresponding poster !!! They can imagine that with almost 50 minutes of queue we will not leave with empty hands ... a great feeling of having been ripped off !!!

Top!! I ordered and received 4 large palm trees of 3m, even larger than the advertised size at an unbeatable price. Fast delivery and friendly delivery person!

When we tell the truth about their Facebook ads, it removes our comments and blocks us! How would you like to be credible by leaving only positive feedback ?! LIE PUB !!! We are shown lots of tempting photos, and when we come on site in garage sale only (already shady for "pros"), there are no beautiful subjects in photos, weird. Then for the prices it's a bit like a lottery, the labor inspectorate should not come on site: o If you want very beautiful subjects or even "gigantic", I recommend you rather Médipalm in the Landes (40230), better reception and price everywhere, and above all declared! (and professional advice offered)

If you don't need anything !! Go home! You call ! No one calls back! You leave a message! Nobody calls back Do you want answers? Nobody takes care of you! Do you want to know if you can be delivered? Nobody's answering ! The garden center where life is good !!! And finally after multiple calls !!!!!!!! Finally someone answers you! To tell you to send an email or anyway no one will answer !! You release a message following the email but no one calls you back !! The garden center or ignorance is the greatest contempt !!! The customer is a big priority !! The garden center which does not need much money !!
