I put a star because unfortunately I cannot put zero. Mr. Morin shows the most total non-professionalism: - Unanswered emails - Insured steps barely explained - Responds 1/10 times - Is not able to make returns within the time limits imposed. My file has now been pending for over a year following a burglary. This agency is only pushing back the deadlines. I strongly advise against - not the AXA entity - but the Valognes agency is for sure.

Insured since always in this agency we trusted him. However, this agency is totally overwhelmed by events. Today, they have been unable to handle the emergency or sometimes even respond to you after several calls and emails. We therefore reluctantly left this insurer. Some oversights are not forgivable when they spread over time without good reason and endanger our financial situations. We are not used to expressing our dissatisfaction on the internet. We hope that it will serve this agency so that it becomes aware of its actions and can ensure its sustainability. We do not recommend it!
