We had to wait a year before receiving the collar of the broken flue from the N-1 maintenance technician, not to mention the countless calls and my trip to the offices. In addition, during a previous and other problem, a tile was broken without us being aware. Result: the water infiltrated, passed through 300mm of glass wool to land in the house. Really a shame because the pellet stove itself is great. But a dismal management, organization and internal communication!

The maintenance of the boiler lasted about 15 minutes. Cost: 200 euros (40 euros more than in 2019 it is surely due to the increase in gasoline 😅😅. The technician forgot to reset the clock of the electronic box. I contacted by email the company to explain my dissatisfaction but I have not had a response from them. At 600 euros an hour the business is profitable.

Very warm welcome, appointment obtained quickly and we were well advised, we are waiting for the quote but nothing to be alarmed about the appointment was 1 week ago 😉

Following the passage of a good and nice technician, we call back for a problem, 3 rd time in 3 days and no news and no person from this company recontacts us, it's great !!!!!!
