Not at all a trader! We wanted to exchange a book because it was a gift received in duplicate. The book was only taken back on condition that you immediately take another book, no purchase voucher, no possibility of giving time to think about another gift! What does it change to wait a bit? It just changes that I will never set foot in this bookseller again. If the exchange is not possible, it suffices simply to say it instead of adding a condition to the exchange, a contradictory complement condition. It should come as no surprise that small traders are disappearing! In fact it deserves 0 star!
