Bad faith customer service. The advisor tries to regularize a "file" because of negligence of the SNCF and AVIS, and a few days after a large sum is taken from my bank account of a hundred euros, without any explanation, a December 31st. AVIS has no right to debit such a sum on a file that did not exist in their database. The attempt at regularization is very dubious and even seems illegal. Not having any car available when I arrived at the station, I received from the SNCF the keys of a customer who had left his car the same day. I drove without insurance, and AVIS is trying to adjust afterwards? And charge me a huge sum, knowing that they have no idea which car was used ...? It was my first with Avis, it will be my last! A good resolution for 2015.
