Worst experience ever, the staff is rude (impolite) . I've arrived for a filters, oil, spark plug change. They've used a banned oil for my engine and I had errors in my board computer. When I've confronted them, they said it's their fault but don't have the time to do the change. After 1 h of arguing with them (I was thinking of calling the police) they mounted my car to change for the good oil. The mechanics are novice in the field, they have only kids in the shop and they don't know what they are doing. Just to have an ideea : I have them all the parts, they've added their own banned oil.

The previous reputation of Ets Brach is no longer valid in 2020. After more than 15 minutes of waiting before we are interested in the client, handling of the file. In the end, vehicle ready for more than 15 minutes waiting in the workshop before reception by me and absolutely no tire pressure control. Conclusion waste of time. more than 30 minutes and excessive cost in relation to the service. Too bad I had tested but the result is very mixed.
