Reparateur who tells us from the start that we will still wait 3 weeks only for a foam problem for milk understands that it is grotesque to come for such a problem. Finally he reminds us 1 or 2 weeks later telling us to come get it. On site he tells us that everything is working normally and that he even called the mark and that it is normal not to have foam on the milk. So I go 1 week after to another repairer in Montigny les Metz and there MAGIE this other repairer finds and leaves the problem in 3 weeks. Our machine operates perfectly but not thanks to this repairer who seems incompetent.
