Toilets are very smelly and dirty !!!! No soap to wash hands !!!

This is not an official Apple store it is a reseller. No technical skills, the store is not able to perform a diagnostic for a failure on a macbook pro bought new 1 week before. There is no technical service ..... just pedantic salespeople (see other comments) who just send back to Apple. Plan pharaminous repair times. CQFD: It is easier to buy and call Apple directly, which will replace it with new in the event of a problem.

Support for an iPhoneX because the apps close unexpectedly, they steal € 30 from me and then just made a restore to the original state, since that does not solve the problem, it offers an exchange for only € 600 on the pretext of a motherboard problem. For me it's a bunch of incompetent, they did nothing and just want to binge, Apple way!

A big thank you to Julie !!! It was time for a competent person to take over this store. I hope his professionalism and good humor will be contagious 😉
