And today a gold chain whose clasp has given way without any pressure, moreover the clasp is not even deformed we can see very well that it broke clean without having been forced but the saleswoman refuses to pass the chain as a guarantee claiming that it was forced ... it is a diamond that adorned the chain, luckily for me that I did not lose it !! Jewel of bad qualities and staff absolutely no shopkeeper !!

Very unfriendly, not the slightest desire to sell I come for information and I am just told that it is not possible because I have a finger size too small according to them (I am 48) I finally order my ring on the site and I received it at the right size. So I won't go to this store anymore
