Nothing is designed to make life easier with CAF. The website is simply a horror, when I want to make an appointment with the RSA I am forced to make the simulation of the RSA (and therefore unable to make an appointment). The problem is that the simulation of the RSA tells me that it is impossible to determine if I have the right and asks me to either make the request directly or make an appointment (but impossible to make an appointment via the site for this reason). The request for RSA via the site simply does not work, my last job was abroad, which is necessary information during the request, but the foreign postal codes do not work (so either I lie or I can not not make the request via the site). Obviously, contacting CAF by phone remains an ordeal because by trying several times throughout the week I have not yet spoken to anyone, the lines are still busy (with a small surcharge on the number) As a last resort I simply click contact my CAF, to send them an email, but it takes time and it seems far from over ...
