I was there last week because I had 2 front tires which were worn and I had 2 new tires in my possession. I have been a client of Norauto for many years. First in Bessoncourt then in Hirsingue because it is closer to my home. Since the opening I have noticed that the employees are not very friendly but hey as long as they were doing their job it was fine. For years I have changed the tires of my 2 cars at their place, either I buy tires from them or via a website and it has never been a problem, no one has even made a remark to me. I have always paid around 16 € for mounting, balancing a tire. And there surprise, I was paid 59 € for the assembly and balancing of 2 15-inch tires. Why because since they are tires not taken from them, they did a so-called quality control. The 2 tires were new, still packed. The joke what control in 20 minutes? When I brought my car I should have tilted when I said it was for the 2 tire rotation. Did the seller say permutation in addition to the rest? that will teach me to be naive. And at the end when I said 59 € for 2 tires? The seller took me out it's like you are going to a restaurant with your food. I will never set foot there again!

Request for winter tires in 255/55/18. The person on the phone tells me that they cannot find this dimension and that in any case I have to move. After receiving information from her colleague she told me that she could have some on order (no problem I understand) and when I ask for a quote, she does not know how to inform me suddenly her colleague balances a "it is between 130 and 150 € the tire " My request was not complicated, however, since I immediately called norauto Wittenheim who communicated all the details to me very precisely. I can't imagine if I had asked a technical question: runflat or not? I think she would have made a fuss live ... Faced with so much incompetence, I can only strongly advise against !!!
