Unable to get a quote in 15 days for a gaming pc. A motherboard supposedly burned while it is working Fortunately I saved 1200 € at least to buy a new pc because mine was supposedly screwed up. So it was enough to do a reset. Lamentable I do not advise.

Overall very satisfied, my computer was very slow, I did a too thorough cleaning and more way to restart Windows X. I did well to accept the advice to put an SSD hard drive. I found a much more efficient computer. One small flat, entering the store should be clear who is supposed to be available to accommodate the customer. I felt like I was disturbing but it got better :-)

At first the staff seems friendly and professional. Hence the second star. But I will have a hard time trusting them again. I brought my PC in order to update its components to make it more efficient in video editing (I am a freshman at MJM Graphic Design Strasbourg in the video editing / special effects section). So I ordered a new processor and more RAM. I did not want to risk assembling these components myself, so I gave them the machine. Two days later I am called to tell me that the motherboard does not work and that it must be changed. But it worked very well before I brought this pc to the shop. So I will have to pay more for a piece that did not have to be changed at the base. And what's more, I'm kept waiting !? A real lack of respect ...
