EMERGENCIES TO FIRE !!! After waiting almost 4 hours, they decided to send me to a general practitioner on duty who could not do anything for me !!!!! This doctor on duty was not even wearing a mask (although we are in the midst of an epidemic and it is mandatory ...) It also happened to my grandmother who suffered from serious respiratory problems, she too was sent to a general practitioner when she could no longer breathe. The same afternoon, she had to be transferred to intensive care because the general practitioner could do nothing for her. INCAPABLE! THEY JUST WANT TO GET RID OF PEOPLE

A big thank you to Cathy for her dynamism and positivity. My son was stitched up in the arch after falling in school and she found the words to reassure him. The hospital team is very attentive and really listens to patients, from the reception to the doctors. You really are great people

A SHAME WITHOUT A NAME !!! After calling the SAMU this evening and under the advice of the doctor online, I had to travel 40 minutes to be able to meet the doctor on call at the Saint-Morand hospital. I did not know that, in this part of Alsace, doctors could, if they wished, shorten their duty and therefore lack so much professional conscience. It is a failure that I cannot qualify. A shame for the profession and a lack of ultimate consideration for the sick which saddens me. My humanism hurts.

I do not put a star but I would like to share the experience that happens to you lived on 07/14, the day before I drop my father for a problem apparently urinary infection (I would never know more) part 3 times I called the emergency room who told me to give it back !! Then at 1:30 am no longer taking another call to hear that he had been transported to medicine 2 since 1:30 but no call, which moreover the nurse told me to be surprised, words repeated the next day during my call for me if he was okay! This is the case and I am asked to come and drop off his toiletries which I do at 2:00 pm I stay 15/20 minutes with him covid oblige I leave him not without saying goodbye and in good shape! 16: 15/20 the doctor a lady on call asks me questions and finally dad is no longer there !! Time of death well before 4:15 p.m. declared 4:50 p.m. What is it? We will never know! No answer to our questions except I don't know !!! We did not want to autopsy my dad, he has already suffered I think in this atrocious death because yes I think there was a failure (bell impossible to catch, blood everywhere,) I cannot imagine having deposited my father for an infection (justified) and find him apparently on the ground lifeless !! How long is he staying there? Did he suffer? Certainly it is no longer there and for no reason !!! I'm waiting for an intervention from the manager but ???!
