Car broke down with gearbox problem, 30 km outside of Chaumont. The mechanic who picked us up was within one hour and very friendly. Also people at the garage are verry helpful and speak English. Man who does de Hertz rent a car also verry helpful. If you ever breakdown in france I hope for you it is near these guys, all professionals and helpful.

During my appointment for an air conditioning recharge that I paid on the internet, I was charged € 2.50 for health costs while the mechanic dropped me off my car without a mask without seat protection and with my hands full of fat I find that unacceptable. The only answer they give me is the 2.5 € are compulsory. Zero professionalism.

Broken down on the motorway following an injector failure, I was greeted at 7 p.m. with great professionalism and kindness. The workshop manager assured me that he would take care of my car early the next day and I was able to leave behind the wheel of my car at 12 noon and drive to my vacation spot. I recommend this garage for their skills and their listening skills.

After a puncture on the highway in the middle of vacation, the Norauto team went out of their way to find a solution for us by approaching the surrounding garages. Finally, the garage was able to help us out at a reasonable price and time given the circumstances (supply difficulties due to the covid) A big thank you to the whole team !

Following a flat tire on the motorhome on the motorway on the start of the holiday, we were quickly repaired. 4 new tires in less than an hour and they even worked through the midday shutdown to help us out faster. All this at a more than reasonable price, I recommend!
