Developed around Christmas festivities, this small, modest museum presents the finest collection of 18th century Neapolitan cribs preserved in France. You will see traditional nativity scenes with the three main characters often represented, and also small characters representing Neapolitan society, with the three richly dressed Magi and their procession in exotic colors. You can also see there other cribs in terracotta and glass spun from Nevers, Jesus children in wax, Nativity paintings ... Iconic in Chaumont!
