I have never seen such a dishonest bank !! I was in deficit once and they allowed themselves to lower my ceiling without even warning to discuss it with me, while I was going on vacation right after! And the duration of the check remittance I do not even tell you ... At least 15 days to receive it on the account. In the meantime, it's on interest that's fine. And when we ask them for explanations, they come and say that they do what they want with their clients. Basically if you have 15000 euro in your account it goes smoothly otherwise they take you for I do not know what. They also lied to me by saying that my card was released after a transfer to my account and in the end nothing at all ashamed when you take a refused payment when you have more than 1000 euros in your account. And then they give you big smiles. Never again this bank.

This bank is the worst in France, I strongly advise against it, the advisers are haughty, very dishonest, and do not respect their customers.
