The same counselor for several years, very responsive and present if necessary. The staff are pleasant and competent who always tried to find solutions when I had some concerns outside the bank.

if it were possible to put 0 star I would have done so much they are unable in this agency. it's a shame no professional conscience. I never saw that. I thought that with the new director things would have changed but it is not the case it's a shame. the counselors whine because they are only 2 on a Tuesday morning. they only have to hire. there are lots of young people looking for work. in short all that to say that I had made an appointment that was normally set by my advisor and morality this incompetent went on vacation without me confirm the said appointment. to avoid at all this agency !!!!!!!!!
