Hello, Some professionals are smiling and welcoming, but one in particular takes too long to greet clients, several times I waited almost 15 minutes when the salon was completely empty. They answer 1 time out of 3 for making an appointment. (Think of an internet meeting system?) A casual beautician has outright refused me treatment for no clear reason. I did not understand this behavior. I have been a customer for a long time. I am therefore warning the management of this establishment so that the staff can be recarded, or trained in reception. Especially when it comes to a client who has a certain budget for care.

A big anarch !! Really disappointed !! I brought my mother who is disabled to do a manicure and the result was more than mediocre especially at almost 30 euros. I said that my mother had a very small retreat, it was a luxury for her so I'm really sick of being able to make fun of people this way. Just after leaving the living room, his varnish flaked off so we had to remove it and there I discovered that this thick layer of varnish color to the least bad taste was simply a cache misery, his uncles n were not even cleaned and the image was very poorly made. My niece, who is 13 years old, did a better job than that by applying another nail polish! Unacceptable !! We paid a total of 42 euros for a simple waxing lip and brow and a manicure that was not really one. Thank you the gift before the holidays, deplorable !!!
