A shame !!!! Unskilled employee. My friend came out of this living room in tears because they let her leave with a wet head. All this because the "hairdresser" thought she saw a lice! After having made the entirety of her head in locks, arrived on the top she announces to him that she would not do her brushing, because she not sure to have seen a lice. As a former hairdresser, a diagnosis is mandatory before starting any work on a client's head. So she should have realized this before starting the technique, except that miss was late and didn't take the time to do her job properly. MALPRACTICE. My friend is with her hair wet from this cold. She still footed the bill and didn't get an apology or goodbye from the person at fault. A true professional would never have let her client go like this. Be Saying the Protocol !!! I strongly advise against this place.

Very disappointed. Appointment made for the holidays and I learned at the last moment that my hair cannot be done before January because a worker has a death in his family, which I can understand and is very sad. But I believe that, after several months of closure (therefore leave for workers) if everyone works a little more each day, the work of the missing person can be made up for. It's occasional, for a few days before Christmas ..... but no, we send you out ...... I found another hairdresser to help me out, who makes the effort to ask these workers to start 30 minutes earlier for a few days. Well, this hairdresser is going to be final for me. Very disappointed with the Christopher lounge, especially since he regrouped the 2 lounges ..... Very noisy living room, the owner is certainly friendly, but he speaks too loudly, a living room is also a place of relaxation and there it is more of the fair.
