The lady of the reception is very rude.
Stuck limit of "luc".
Do not answer questions directly while talking to you as if you were late. (imprecise answer, sloppy, without useful aids ...) just an answer to answer but that is useless in it. And where you have to insist and be patient to have some real help.
One would think oneself at school in front of a mistress who finds the question of a stupid child and who therefore answers stupidly without real explanations.
