I agree with all the previous comments. Nobody answers the telephone. How do you leave families in need of their services unanswered? I was lucky to come across ONE competent person who unfortunately cannot handle all the incompetence of others. Courage to this person! If we could put 0 stars I would have done it! It's outrageous, I called and left it ringing for over an hour .... no response!

I hope you don't have to deal with them! This public service does not respond, does not process files, does not work! The administration in all its splendor! They provide certificates to be renewed every 5 years to heavy and permanent disabled. As if a blind man could regain his sight. We think we are dreaming!

This public service takes an average score of 1 in five for the reason that it is impossible to zero without what ... note that the organization concerned has 5 stars to raise the average. And that doesn’t alert anyone !! When can you be reached? Yet another file obviously lost ... it's just pitiful given the advice given to departmental houses. Do not realize if people overwhelm you by being aggressive, personally I have no other solution than to move and do 70Km to hear me say that they no longer have the file .. SBE
