For my part, I wanted to resume sport after a long hiatus and be accompanied. Espace Forme is perfect, a nice place, the different coaches are competent and very available and very attentive. It really makes me want to perform and not just stay in the recovery stage. Thanks to all the team. I just invite you to take a little visit ... first.

I wanted a well-equipped room, close to my home and not too crowded so that I wouldn't have to wait for the machines to turn. Successful challenge and the room is on a human scale, we can make great encounters. The equipment is efficient and the coaches available, I recommend!

Sports hall with multiple possibilities, everything is possible according to its objectives 💪🏻 Professional, complementary and welcoming coaches. A real pleasure every day ☺️

As I have often written on the Espace Forme Facebook page, I find that the club is super well managed, in a modern, dynamic and human way, and that the teachers are Excellent! They have all the qualities that correspond to the courses they teach! Always enthusiastic, very pros! The atmosphere is friendly and the lessons give the fishing ;-) Bravo to all members of Espace Forme!

The coaches are super competent and simpat, I insist on this point, because I think it is a real plus for this club which sets it apart from the others. I recommend the group lessons Pump, Combats, Rpm, Abs. Private lessons are possible and also make a difference compared to other clubs, a wide range of devices are available in several adjacent rooms for those who want to train and progress. This is truly The Club, the one worth it.
