Despite an urgent request dating from June 2020 for an end-of-life assistance from my grandfather, a support that August 2020 is the slowness of the administrative !! we should already be managing the human needs. Service impossible to reach line always busy it is not used for much just the buttocks sitting on a chair and then we file the file we say that these urgent and the answer bah we have to wait

One can still wonder if it is not at the head of the customer; I have been refused recognition as a disabled person when my health problem is very serious; fortunately, after having appealed, I was successful. The worst is to see some people get it when they don't have half of my handicap, we just walk on the head !!

I appreciated the listening and the availability of the MDA staff. I manage my parents' files from Toulouse and when I call or leave a message by email, I always have a person to give me an answer to all my questions, material, financial and to simplify my life. Thank you to the social workers, the accountants, the reception staff. If the response time to ABS requests is long, I do not think that the staff should be accused. Good luck to all
