The staff were excellent but the rooms are very small and decor tired. The shower is one of the smallest I have ever seen. Interesting conversation in the next bedroom, as the walls are so thin you could hear every word. Clearly the builders had the materials wrong, they used bricks for the bed and paper for the walls!

We picked this hotel as it was cheap and in the right location (Chartres is lovely). It is near a main road (we couldn't hear the traffic) and on a business park but the staff were lovely making every effort for us and the rooms were clean, comfy and everything we'd want. We have stayed in similar priced hotels with much lower standards.

We stayed at this hotel for sleeping only one planned night on our way back to UK with our two small dogs. They stayed in our small room with us. Moving on 09:00 fast. The room is what it is, a budget, clean, with a small shower cubicle and toilet facilities. TV, free WiFi and coffee/ tea making was provided, we had our own milk. Free parking also included. We asked for a ground floor and was accommodated. The facilities were easy to find and I suspected this hotel suits the working / traveller persons. The communal area was acceptable. Note, We did not use the other facilities. The check in staff was excellent. They stayed on shift to accommodate our very late arrival that night, 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Thank you, Chloe ( from the Clio Commercial ) and your Team Leader, nice lady whose name I should, but can’t remember. I thank you both for waiting for us. I would stay again.

Stay for one night for work, the bed where hard, rooms dirty and the food was the worst I have had. The only thing good about the place where that the staff where friendly.
