First class ... Exceeded expectations 11/10 ... manager was so friendly, she went out of her way to help us. Based on the customer service we received at B&B Chartres (Oceane) we will definitely use B&B in the future. Great steam free mirror in bathroom. Wonderful hotel.

We had a very nice stay at this hotel. The rooms are new, comfortable and clean. The hotel staff is very welcoming. The hotel is a 10-15 min from the center of Chartres. We would definitely stay here again. A very good value!

The room was crean and reasonable price. It was convenient to stay one night. Parking was also fine.

Great B&B clean and tidy. Secure free parking and friendly staff who speak some English to our limited French. Would definitely stay again.
