With my agency based in Lardaille I find competent and responsive staff. The worst of public service HLM Castres. State of the outgoing deemed satisfactory and no work to be done by the incompetent Penguin HLM. New tenant condition of the place considered obsolete and work to do for all the rooms by a woman of HLM a little more conscientious. Who are we laughing at. In addition the electricity is far from the norms, fuse lead wires still, it dates. No gas before 5 working days, 8 days with public holidays. Housing for a servant of the state and his family street Marshal Franchet d'Esperey. A toddler with a health care that should be careful but it shocks no one to HLM. A shame this service
