Very disappointed with this agency. Many expenses for not much: we had an apartment without electricity for 10 days when we arrived because they had not warned EDF. We emphasize the fact that we had to pay EDF commissioning fees out of our own pockets. In addition we spent 1 year without a mailbox despite many reminders to have one. Finally, we did not have duplicate keys when we arrived, we had to do it ourselves. So many "service" fees for no insured service. I advise against.
